We are extremely excited to announce that Lewis will be joining the team, heading up our brand-new kitchen for evening service 3 days a week starting in September!
Lewis is a dynamic young chef with impeccable attention to detail, who is passionate about cooking with fresh produce and creating innovative dishes.
He has trained and worked in some prestigious establishments including The Black Swan at Oldstead (Michelin Star Restaurant in York) and both The Pass & The Camellia (2 and 3 AA Rosette award winning restaurants at South Lodge, 5* Country House & Exclusive Hotel in Sussex).
On the side, Lewis has successfully set up ‘Dine Behind the Scenes’ which specialises in private dining experiences, pop up restaurants and events. TAKE A LOOK @lewis_behind_the_scenes
